Welcome to Helping hands community radio [ HHCR ].

HHCR is an online radio station, based in Basingstoke, Hampshire. We play the best mix of music from the 60’s 70’s and 80’s and more, all mixed in with some great information, you can not find a better station for Basingstoke.
HHCR broadcasts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from its local studio in the heart of Basingstoke, situated at The Roger Morris Centre, Basingstoke.
We’re building a station to keep you company, boost local community pride, share local events, help Basingstoke’s charities, amplify local artists, celebrate the diverse communities of Basingstoke on-air + help volunteers find their voice through the power of community radio!
Helping hands community radio is a Non-Profit & Non-Commercial radio station. All of our staff volunteer their time, enthusiasm and skills to helping us support charities throughout the local area.
If we can help support your charity or non profit organisation please contact us today with details of your charity and any details of events you may want to publicise on HHCR. We also provide free social media support via our Twitter and Facebook audiences.

HHCR relies on voluntary donations and grants to keep the station running. Each year, HHCR requires donations and support from local people and businesses to continue broadcasting.
Donating makes a huge difference to Basingstoke’s only community radio station, we have various ways that you can donate. You can donate directly to us at any of our events, or by arranging to visit us at our studio at The Roger Morris Centre in Eastrop. we offer on-air interview opportunities as well as free on-air promotion and radio promo production for free.
